The Lady
Hi, my name is Tricia, and I am The Happy Hummingbird.
The name actually came from my husband. He has always called me his “Hummingbird” because I go a million miles an hour. I never slow down, and I always try to stay happy and positive – so that’s how we came up with the name.
My happiest moments in life have always involved my family. They are truly my world. Being a wife, mother and grandmother has been the greatest blessing of my life.
Starting my journey making wax melts, candles, bath salts, lip balms, and mroe really opened my eyes to what I’m capable of. I never thought I was crafty… but well, look at me now!
Everything I create is made with love, care, and from the heart. I look forward to getting to know each oand every one of my customers and hopefully making you feel like part of The Happy Hummingbird family.
The Journey
My journey has been a beautiful and simple one. I married my high school sweetheart nearly 30 years ago, and together we built a life centered around love, family, and service. We are blessed with two amazing children and two beautiful grandchildren who mean the world to us. As a proud military family, my husband served our country, and now both of our children continue that legacy of service.
Being a wife, mother, and grandmother has been the greatest joy and accomplishment of my life.
What started as a small hobby during my transition into becoming an empty nester – making wax melts, candles, bath salts, and lip balms – quickly became something I truly fell in love with. I never expected it to grow into such a meaningful passion. Every product I create is made from the heart, using high-quality ingredients and care in every detail. I believe in creating products I would proudly use in my own home and share with people I love most.
